		<description>Just wanted to give an update that my friend and I have been doing this form of training since May almost 3 times a week and I'm starting to need to wear a belt. I hit 160lbs on the scale which is great since my maximum weight to join the USAF is 170lbs.

I've been switching off Pushups, situps, and leg lifts in the burst training and it's working well. Thanks!</description>

		<description>Glad you've tried it.  What might be more effective than running 1 leg and walking the other would be to do the 20 seconds of sprinting, 20 of walking, etc.

After we ran a mile, we went to a corner and did 20 seconds of situps, rested for another 20 seconds, and then did 20 seconds of pushups, followed by another 20 seconds of rest. We did that 3 times. 

We originally ran a mile and then sprinted every other leg of the track but we both feel we need to focus more on our upper bodies and the burst training seems to work well.</description>
